The Challenge:

  • • Develop a new brand for the Fulcrum Group: building systems engineers for some of the largest skyscrapers across Manhattan. The overall design needed to reflect their success and growth.

  • • Revamped the company's image with a strong, powerful image and language that represents their large-scale commercial capabilities.
  • • Developed new content to better speak the company's points of difference for developers; without diluting the engineering message.
  • • Executed new design roll-out across all digital and print communications.
  • • Developed new interior design and signage for NYC headquarters.
